All orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX, UPS & DHL to the address you provide us with. Please allow up to 3 - 5 days for your order to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number in the email you provide after order has shipped. We will do our best to ship out every item in a prompt manner but in rare cases packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from our warehouse centers in North America and Overseas
NOTE: We do not ship to P.O BOX, Airstage and Remote Areas.

International packages must go through customs which will also delay the delivery of your package up to 15 days from ship date for delivery. Please be patient and contact us with any questions or concerns.
Primitive Performance Auto is NOT responsible for misdeliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to us, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Some products may be damaged during shipment. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery courier.
Do not sign the delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, please write "DAMAGED" on the delivery bill and have the delivery courier sign it as verification. Contact Primitive Performance Auto within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy WILL result a rejection for damage claim.
